Licence Agreement
Relating to a Lodge Holiday Pitch
Anyone who has purchased a new Lodge Holiday Home shall be given a Licence Agreement by Marlow Leisure Limited which runs for a Licence Period of 75 years from the date of first purchase. (In the case of a used lodge being sold by the Site Owner he shall give the new Lodge Owner a Licence Agreement for a period being not less than the balance of the period of 75 years.)

Terms and Conditions of the Licence Agreement
The Terms and Conditions of the Agreement are based on those used by the Caravan industry standard. The changes made only reflect the alteration of “caravan” to “lodge” and similar nominal changes, together with the deletion of the clause enabling us to move your lodge.

Estate Rules (Chargers Paddock)
The rules and practice issued from time to time which are applicable to the occupation and use of Chargers Paddock Lodges and other facilities on the Estate. These rules are designed for the smooth running of the Estate and ALL users of the Estate must observe these rules and also any regulations and by-laws applying to the Estate made by the Local Authority or any other statutory body.
